• Marketing Information: The distribution of news and promotional offers from Radiant Imaging Labs and our partners is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

• Flodesk Inc. (USA): We use Flodesk for app code distribution and email marketing. Data transfer to the USA is governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (a Data Processing Agreement is in place).
